Our Organisation

APTTech Medical Systems is composed of 3 departements of about 30 employees in HCM City:

- Financial & Logistic

- Sales

- Technical
In Hanoi, there are 2 departments of about 20 employees:

The main force of our company is it organisation in teams who work together. Thanks to this strong unity, we are able to take care of everything concerning the equipment of 500 hospitals for the whole country of Vietnam, spread from the North China border to the South Delta river area.

FINANCIAL & LOGISTIC DEPARTMENT
Our financial department handle the accountancy of our 2 offices, in HCM City and Hanoi.
They manage all the financial operations of the company.
Furthermore, they offer solutions for hospitals which need equipments but do not have all the funds available right now to plan their payment according to their budget.
The logistic part is responsible for arranging for all kind of transportation to import equipment from all manufacturers implanted all over the world to any hospital site.

SALES DEPARTMENT
SALES EXECUTIVE
They prospect hospitals in the country which would need a single equipment or a total solution.
They also work in cooperaty with local partners, therefore they can fullfill to more demands from the hospitals thanks to the numerous products available in APTTech’s products range. Furthermore, these local partners can count on the technical experts from APTTech to repair all the kind of products.  

SALES SUPPORT
They take charge of all documents required for the sale.
They answer to all the questions of the hospitals about the accountancy, and they help them to handle it.
They also translate the documents  in vietnamese.

PRODUCTS SPECIALIST
This team made of commercials and engineers experts in medical equipment is able to answer to all technical questions of the hospitals and help them to choose the products the more suitable for them.
They also organise demonstrations in the hospitals for doctors who wants to see the products working, with the more expert technicians of the concerning system.

TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT
This team of technicians and engineers experts in medical systems from the best universities of HCM City and Hanoi, and have a high level in English. They all follow dedicated trainings, and also manufacturer’s training from all the world. All of them have a general knowledge concerning all medical equipments, and one or two fields of speciality.
They back the hospitals during all the life of their products.
They install the systems in the hospitals. They also give training to doctors to teach them how to use the different equipments they bought. APTTech Medical Systems also provide translations of the user manuals in vietnamese.
However, one of the main asset of our company compared to others medical equipment training is our maintenance service. Indeed, our experts are able to repair every products we sell, whatever it is in radiology, ultrasound, endoscopy systems, or in intensive core products. We are one of the few company able to offer repairing services, and we can move in a short time to all the hospitals we provide.

Ultrasound and dedicated MRI products.
    •     Endoscope: Richard Wolf (Germany) for surgery endoscope products, 
Fujinon (Japan) for diagnostic endoscope solution.
    •      Brachytherapy: Nucletron (Netherlands)
    •      Tele-therapy: Best Theratronic (Canada)

Our History

THE AMBITION TO SERVE HEALTH

As TVL Medical Systems, we had started our business from 1998 as a local partner for GEMS in the South of Vietnam. We are proud of as one of soonest private owner company in Vietnam gets the license to work in Medical Equipment field by the Ministry of Health. 

In 2002, we become An Phuc Trading & Technology Co., Ltd (APTTech). With this change of name, also come a change of strategy. At this time, APTTech was a leader in Medical imaging solutions. We decided to expand our activities to all fields of the hospital concerning medium range, so that they can work with just one supplier for a total solution. Therefore, we were changing strategy by reduce the business cooperation with multi national company as GEMS. We were more focusing on the small and medium manufacturers, which is more dedicated in their products and also more suitable with APTTech and local market conditions.

To aim this new strategy, we started a new cooperation with Esaote Biomedical (Italy)(including Pie Medical, Netherland) to be able to provide high quality ultrasound equipment. 

In 2003, we open a new branch in Hanoi to cover the North of Vietnam market, while the head office in Ho Chi Minh City is responsible for the South and the middle area of the country.

The same year, we also started working with Richard Wolf (Germany), to meet requirements of the hospitals in surgery endoscopy.

In 2004, Quantum Medical Imaging also became a new partner, for high end conventional X-ray products. Meantime, we expand our offer for diagnostic endoscopy systems by a new cooperation with Fujinon, which change into Fujifilm Endoscopy(Japan) now.

In 2005, we also started providing DR solutions with IDC (Canada).

In 2008, the mammography comes to our products range, thanks to the collaboration with Planmed Oy (Finland). 

In 2009, we entering the ICU equipment field by collaboration with Air Liquid Medical Systems (France) for ventilators, Dameca (Denmark) for anaesthesia systems, and Merivaara (Finland) for operating tables and operating lights. We also add other products for ultrasound dedicated to cardiology, made by Kontron (France).

In 2010, we continue to improve our solutions for ICU equipment by adding the monitors of Mennen Medical in our catalog. 

Nowadays, APTTech has numerous business partners from all over the world, which give us the capacity to providing a total solution for almost all requirements of hospitals. In 10 years, APTTech become a leader company in medical equipment provider in Vietnam, and now focuse to expand it market outside the frontiers

Who are we ?

An Phuc Trading&Technology Co., Ltd  (APTTech)is a trader of medical equipment from all over the world. We cover a lot of fields: radiology, ultrasound, endoscopy, intensive care products, and printing solutions.

Present in the whole country of Vietnam thanks to 2 offices in the main cities, Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, we provides hospitals not only with the best medical equipment but also with a total solution.

Indeed, we are responsible for installation, training, maintenance, and all kind of after sell services.

APTTech was established under Decision No. 4102008424 by Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City on the 4th of February 2002, and is now the official distributor of the design and manufacturers systems, specialized in medical devices, known in the world. His currently CEO who is also his creator is Mr. Andy VU.

The headquater of our company is in Ho Chi Minh City, but we have also a branch in Hanoi. We currently employ about 30 people in HCM City, and 20 in Hanoi.
